Most companies call us because of a report. A dashboard shows a different revenue number than finance does, a Power BI file takes four minutes to open, or the weekly operations summary still depends on one person copying exports into Excel. Those are analytics problems on the surface, so that is where we start: what question does the business need answered, and what would make the answer trustworthy?
The answer almost always runs down the pipeline. Dashboards are only as good as the warehouse behind them, the warehouse is only as good as the pipelines that fill it, and all of it sits on databases that must stay backed up, secure, and fast. We treat that chain as one system. Analytics and dashboards are the visible layer, data engineering and warehousing move and shape the data, and database administration is the foundation that keeps everything standing.
